Thread the nut back on until the steering tube is almost flush but still a =
bit recessed.=C2=A0 Then get a big hammer.
Seriously, a few modest whacks with a good size hammer whilst pulling on th=
e wheel will break it loose and it will pull off.=C2=A0 Striking the nut wi=
ll protect the end of the shaft and the threads.
